Reporting to

• Reports to Head of Discipline (HOD)/ Production Director (PD) for internal matters

• Acts as Project Leader for project matters



Job Purpose

To manage the development of functional designs for several projects in line with SSH quality standards, client and statutory requirements.



Responsibilities

• Supporting in building SSH market intelligence through engagement of clients, and building a network of contacts.

• Effectively confers and coordinates across company divisions, regions, and territories to support, discuss, and advise in matters occurring in other SSH projects.

• Will ensure efficient achievement from inception through completion of project (s).

• For projects, recommending strategies to ensure that financial, time and quality KPI targets are met.

• Contributing to setting key performance indicators (financial, client, operations, )

• Providing guidance and assisting in the training and development of staff.

• Contributes to setting and updating QA & IMS documentation and SSH systems for efficient project management operations.

• Promotes vision and mission statements throughout discipline area.
