To prepare the detailed Production plan based upon available forecast /actual sales order requirements.
• Production Master Production Schedule to establish effective utilization of processing and packing machine assets.
• Monitor plan throughout its cycle communicating where necessary any changes to the respective departments.
• Review machine performance and recommend changes to run rates in conjunction with the processing and manufacturing departments.
• Ensure all agreed services levels are achieved to both internal and external customers. Communicate any exceptions promptly to allow for alternative supply.
