Ford MEA region is currently looking for an ‘Order Fulfillment Analyst’ to join their team. This position is responsible for planning production to achieve delivery of units.



Responsibilities



• Prioritizes vehicle orders into plant scheduling system for vehicle sourced from North America, Europe and Asia Pacific

• Order rendition reporting of volume and mix vs. allocation to support order bank review meetings

• Communicates with stakeholders about Model Year change implementations

• Amends order specifications in Ford systems to comply with product change actions

• Develops and publishes order fulfillment metrics aligned to all production sources to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement

• Manages orders for balance out and start-up for new model year changes and pre-production orders

• Liaises with business support teams on commercial data maintenance, plant logistics and technical issue resolutions

• Develops and maintains operating procedures for order fulfillment processes for the MEA region
