Role:
Assist in building annual brand plan, Execute Marketing programs and initiatives. Assist in Gaining cross functional and management alignment and supports front line execution of consumer initiatives.
Accountabilities:
1.Execute Marketing promotions and initiatives to meet consumer and customer needs
2.Assist in Developing initiatives using Best Practice tools
3.Ensures programs meet the needs of major trade channels
4.Ensure execution of all media and marketing agenda
5.Analyze Retail Audit data and write bimonthly reports. Audit other sources of market information (monthly sales reports, etc) and write analytical reports as necessary.
6.Tracks and continuously improves performance of initiatives
7.Monitors competitor activity and growth opportunities
8.Execute strategy plan and implementation to increase performance and competitiveness
