• Assisting in interviewing and selecting employees.

• Assisting in preparing contracts and sending offer packages.

• Facilitating employee disputes, especially among the Factory’s Workers.

• Conducting investigations when employees’ complaints, concerns or grievances are brought forth.

• Administering disciplinary and dismissal procedures.

• Formulating policies and procedures for the Human Resources Department and recommend policies and practices to senior management.

• Planning, developing and managing human resources programs, policies and practices in the areas of recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, performance, evaluation and employee relations.

• Updating job descriptions regularly to reflect any significant changes in job responsibilities; developing new job descriptions in coordination with the concerned department in the event of creation of new positions.

• Maintaining records relating to staff.

• Obtaining and processing training requirements from all departments and ensuring that effective training and development programs are delivered to employees.

• Preparing training calendars and programs for employees by keeping track of local and international training institutes/courses.

• Assisting in performance appraisals, promotions and other personnel related activities.

• Reviewing, guiding and approving management recommendations for employment terminations.

• Leading Company’s compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements. Maintaining minimal company exposure to lawsuits.
