• Recruitment

- Use appropriate recruitment sources. When necessary, select hiring agencies, briefing them about the job descriptions and expectations, establishing the connection between managers and agencies, making sure that shortlists are presented to managers and interview arrangements are made at the expected quality level

- Offer preparation and analysis (employment package / contract stipulating salary, benefits and other employment terms related to the specific position) working with managers for approval, then extending the offers to selected candidates

- Guiding managers about the orientation program and making sure that all arrangements are in place as required

- All entry transactions for new employees: contracts, payroll, health and life insurance, personnel files, document gathering, internal communications and other administrative tasks are completed



• Training

- Work with managers to assess non-technical training requirements of employees

- Establish the training programs

- Assess service providers and training companies

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs implemented



• Compensation & Benefits

- Responsible for the review and analysis of compensation surveys for employees

- Follow up on market data to make sure that the company C&B philosophy is maintained

- Full understanding of authorised remuneration surveys and benefit programs; life and medical insurance, annual incentive programs etc

- Establish contacts with comparable companies and participate in compensation and benefits benchmarking when needed

- Keep relationships with the payroll agency and contractor companies to ensure that all transactions are properly done and in compliance with local and regional labour laws

- Manage all administrative duties in the areas of compensation, rewards, and benefit programs



• Talent Review and Performance Management

- Provide full support to managers for talent and performance review programs



• Legal

- Develop new policies and ensure they are compliant with local and regional labour laws and company ethics, standard operating procedures and global HR policies and guidelines

- Full understanding of local and regional labour laws, keeping up to take files of relevant laws and jurisdictions. Keep HR and business teams informed about significant changes in the law, providing advice to managers with respect to the proper handling of grievance procedures, disciplinary actions and the termination of employees



• Employee Relations

- Be responsible for all Employee Relation matters within the team. Preventative approach to all ER issues by working with managers to ensure that all employees are treated according to Takeda’s policies and code of conduct. Ensure strict adherence to local and regional labour laws as well as internal regulations
