An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and capable graduate to join the D3 team as a Business Analyst.As a business analyst with d3, you will join a team working with the top management on critical issues, identifying business opportunities and generating and evaluating solutions.You will support decision-making and execution with recommendations borne from developing and studying project management metrics and competitive analytics.Responsibilities: • Develop Product Knowledge - gain understanding of real estate market and develop product specialization: commercial; retail; residential • Project Reporting - Take responsibility for the quality and timely delivery of client portfolio reviews and reports. Communicate project strategy and portfolio positioning on a regular basis to senior management and internal stakeholders • Marketing - Assist in the updating of all marketing materials including pitch books and strategy profiles • Sales Support - Act as liaison between sales and leasing teams; assist in responding to queries from sales regarding product suitability and availability • Desk Support - Assist in research, analysis and projects; Assist in preparation of Request for Proposals • Business Development - Participate in the construction of marketing materials, new business pitches, and bespoke client studies
