This is a fabulous opportunity to work with a leading FMCG organisation for their Confectionary division, they are currently recruiting for a Distribution/Freshness Panel Auditor. You will be directly reporting to the MIS Manager. This position will be based in Dammam & Abha KSA



PURPOSE

• To conduct daily fieldworks of Distribution/Freshness Panel in Morocco

• To conduct fieldworks for ad hoc projects when needed

• Work is 100% in the field (retail outlets) and Auditors report directly to MIS Department (Luxembourg)

• Daily car travelling is required in order to reach all different locations within Morocco



AREAS of RESPONSIBILITIES and related ACTIVITES



POINT OF SALES VISITS

Visit different areas of Morocco according to pre-determined schedule on daily basis to:

• Locate the sample retail outlets according to pre-set criteria

• Conduct audit for Ferrero and competitors’ products and collect other marketing information inside the sample stores outlets

• Enter the audit data into the PDA and transmit all data to Luxembourg office on daily basis

• Daily car travelling is required in order to reach all different locations within Morocco



COMPETITORS ACTIVITY REPORTS

• Inform MIS department by using a defined template about any new competitor activity (promotion, new products…)



MARKETING ACTIVITY TRACKING

• Report to MIS department all Ferrero Marketing activities using a defined template



COMMUNICATION

• Maintain good communications with Luxembourg office

• Inform MIS Department about all unusual in-store situation, parallel products, issues…
