Commercial Manager for major Developer based in Dubai
* Previous Roles: Commercial Manager, Managing Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor.
The Opportunity
Our client has an urgent requirement for an experienced Commercial/contracts Manager to join their established team based in Dubai.
This client works on design and build of High Rise buildings, Mixed use developments, Hospitality sector across the UAE.
The successful Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Quantity Surveyors on 2 to 3 projects of high value. The successful Commercial Manager will have a good track record of working in a management position for a top tier main Developers.
Duties & Responsibilities
The successful Commercial Manager will ensure an efficient and accurate cost program is created for the projects to run smoothly. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for co-coordinating the daily commercial activities for projects based in the UAE and the surrounding area.
The Key Requirements
* Experience working as Commercial Manager
* Adept with managing commercial teams
* Exceptional client facing and management skills.
* Sector experience must include High-rise construction projects.
