The main duties can be summarized as:



- Supervising construction activities

- Quality & Cost controlling

- Monitoring Progress

- Setting out the works

- Site house keeping & Safety

- Quantity Surveying

- Candidate will be required to carry out the instructions of the Project / Construction Manager and must ensure optimum results and progress of the works.

- This individual will run all aspects of most jobs, including job layout and setting out, supervise own labor & subcontractors, carry out land surveys and run day-to-day operations of each trade.

- He will be required to stay within the construction schedule and maintain quality of work and safety standards. Also resolve issues with supervisors, engineers and other team members.
