About YOU…
As Team Manager, you are responsible for the supervision and engagement of all Contact Centre Representatives. Overseeing the efficient handling of customer enquiries, bookings and visitor feedback, your team will accurately record and manage critical customer information. Most importantly, you will ensure that the BOUNCE culture is fostered in the Contact Centre and that it translates across to every customer interaction.
As an experienced leader within a contact centre environment, you possess outstanding interpersonal, organisational and team building skills. Your flexibility and ability to solve any problem will allow you to proactively anticipate customer needs and adapt to an environment of constant evolution. Bringing natural energy and passion to your role, you demonstrate significant experience recruiting, training and coaching a high-flying team that is fixated on the delivery of exceptional customer service outcomes.
