Responsibilities:
Scout, acquire and retain talent appropriate for current vacancies across Dubai.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Schedule and conduct telephonic and face to face interviews.
Negotiate compensation and extend employment offers.
Coordinate with the headquarters to identify hiring needs and recruiting plans.
Encourage employees to tap into and follow up with their social and professional networks for scouting top talent and providing referrals.
Manage & coordinate campus recruitment.
Manage hiring requirements by partnering with external services.
Partner with the marketing team to the increased visibility and attract with the right talent.
Proactively build a strong network of "A-List" talent through social media and face-to-face.
Requirements:
Prior experience of 2-3 years required in a Recruitment / Staffing / Talent Acquisition role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
Comfortable to work long and unpredictable hours.
Intelligent and self-motivated individual, willing to work hard, to achieve and exceed targets.
Computer skills (absolute necessity).
