• You’re an excellent Digital Product Manager with hands-on experience building, managing, growing and evolving enterprise social networks

• You have a clear track record of making digital products more useful for end-users through the design and delivery of critically-important new features & feature improvements

• You’re a Product Marketing expert and know exactly how to communicate with audiences of 25,000+ through a combination of digital and offline channels

• You’ve built responsive and native mobile applications that are simple, clean, fast, useful, effective and intuitive

• You’re fantastic at managing people, an excellent communicator, and comfortable dealing with multiple, diverse teams spread across multiple countries

• You’re adept at listening to various stakeholders about requirements, prioritizing them based on user and business benefits and adding the best ones in a product roadmap

• You’ve dabbled in UX/UI design and capable of illustrating your thoughts and ideas visually

• You’ve worked shoulder-to-shoulder with in-house development teams / implementation vendors and are proficient with the development & QA journeys

• You’re great at conducting surveys to better understand the needs of your end-users and therefore build better features that are more useful and boost productivity

• You understand quality content and know how to setup great content publishing practices

• You care about designing and building user-friendly back-end/admin systems that make content management and publishing both simpler and easier

• You diligently monitor your KPIs and share them periodically with key stakeholders

• You value communities and forums and know how they can peers better communicate and collaborate

• You’re cost conscious and know how to calculate the cost-benefit-analysis of new features and feature improvements

• You’re always on top of the latest socially-networked industry news, leading apps, best practices, and design trends
