On behalf of our client we are currently recruiting for a Delivery Controller Engineer to be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Delivery Controller Engineer will directly report to the Procurement Manager and will supervise the Logistical Administrative Executive’s under the Logistics Department.



This prime responsibility for this role is to coordinating with the different production sources (i.e. factories, providers, assemblers, etc.), timings and transportation conditions to ensure that the materials are delivered on time. He or she will collect and identify all the deliver parts or each order, as well as manage the vendors or suppliers and or factories that will produce these parts. He or she will be the one receiving the Purchase Orders, contact the Suppliers and Factories, and inform the Customers about the estimated time arrival time of the shipments on a regular basis. Synchronizing shorter delivery times, avoiding overloads and long stock periods are also parts of the responsibility that this role oversees.



Ideal candidates for this position must have a Bachelor’s Degree related in Logistics and Mechanical Engineering. He or she must have at least 6 years minimum working experience in the Elevator industry with experience in handling the same role. Candidates for this position must have a sound knowledge of Production and Logistic Activities for Mechanical Parts, Fabrication and Delivery. Experience in handling Elevators, Escalators and Moving Walks is also high essential for this role.
