Job Summary :
1- Identify and follow-up on projects KPIs.
2- Track projects progress, assess gaps in performance and recommend actions.
3- Develop regular reports on projects progress.
Key Accountability :
Define TBC projects KPIs and coordinate with project teams to track actual results vs. targets (budget/ quality/ schedule/ risks)
Identify risks that may affect project performance and recommend mitigation actions (in accordance with project team and corporate team)
Prepare progress reports in timely and accurate manner and submit to KPI and Reporting Manager
Develop monitoring templates in conjunction with the project teams, to track KPIs against targets
Continuously consolidate information from the different project teams to track progress against targets
Analyze projects performance against targets
Highlight any variances with the set KPIs and recommend actions to ensure achievement of targets and adherence to the plan
Receive the weekly (WER) and monthly (MER) progress report for all TBC projects to KPI and Reporting Manager with the latest progress and issues
Compile the Monthly Executive Reports (MERs) and follow-up on all TBC projects
Support project teams in identifying opportunities for improvement, risks and areas where additional effort is required
Perform any other duties as determined by the KPI and Reporting Manager
Key Performance Indicators :
Risks / deviations identified and addressed early-on in process
Achievement of targets
Timeliness in generating status reports
Reports efficiency (measured by number of reports per projects) and accuracy
Training attendance
