• Coordination with contractors on site related to MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), HVAC, & Civil works
• Follow up on Daily maintenance work orders & assignment of work to concerned technicians.
• Able to make reports related to engineering works
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
