Construction Manager/Assistant Project manager- Qatar
Our client a newly formed Project management consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced Construction Manager/Assistant Project Manager for a newly won high profile high rise project in Qatar..
The right candidate will be working with an established team and will be focal point of experience and delivery to the end client and contractor.
The successful candidate will:
- Ensure all elements of the construction phases in the projects are on schedule and delivered accordingly- Work closely with Project Manger to be the eyes and ears on site.
The successful candidate must have:
- 10+ years construction experience- Previous experience on hotels and high rise projects- Background working in or with consultancies and end clients- Residency in Qatar with confirmation of NOC- Degree or equivalent
