The Role:
Location: Abu Dhabi
Reporting to: Financing Solutions Manager
We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Key Account Manager to join Al Futtaim Motors Head Office, namely Toyota Corporate Sales Financing Solutions department. The incumbent will be responsible for establishing and maintaining close liaison with Toyota Corporate Fleet Accounts through financing solutions and relationship management for the profitable growth of the Fleet, Government and Rental channels with a specific focus to sell leasing and sales financing solutions in an integrated manner to the corporate vehicle sales and servicing.
Subsequently, to assist Corporate Sales Team and After Sales Team in pursuit of incremental vehicle and servicing sales. To maximize all lease and car rental opportunities to ensure the sales goals and targets in respect of revenue and volumes and increase customer satisfaction and retention trough trade life cycle management. To achieve profitable business transactions and capitalize on new areas of business opportunity while mitigating risk.
The key accountabilities will include:
* Plan personal sales strategies for leasing and rentals and achieve personal sales targets in a consistent and competent manner: income and volume of sales generated. Achieve own sales quota.
* Understand customers businesses and anticipate their requirements through a consultative selling process. Develop customer relationships by providing the customers with expertise in identifying their vehicle and financial needs and the development of leasing and sales financing solutions offered to the fulfilment of these needs. Investigate and evaluate solutions which meet the customer's organization requirements.
* Actively source business from prospects and follow up on sales leads within the designed market segments.
* Provide customers with accurate and timely information on leasing and sales financing solutions offered and reveal the benefits affecting their business.
* Ability to differentiate from the competition through the delivery of a responsive and proactive relationship management service and to engage with clients at both a strategic and transactional level.
* Compliance with and management of sales suitability risks and requirements
* Proven level of business acumen and commercial awareness including economic, cultural, procedural and regulatory issues in leasing and vehicles sales financing. Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation.
