Job Description:



- To provide maintenance service, repair, troubleshooting and machinery technical assistance in the areas of operation.

- To create and initiate Total Preventive Maintenance Plan on all production equipment

- Maintain and monitor equipment spare parts

- Coordinate equipment safety operations with QHSE dept.

- Ability to read electrical drawings and knowledge of troubleshooting, test and repair

- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and knowledge of troubleshooting, and repair

- Knowledge on hydraulic troubleshooting and repair

- Ability to conduct hands-on work in a professional manner including medium mechanical repairs.

- Keep machine uptime efficiency and continue improvement

- Computer literacy using laptop provided and knowledge on Microsoft Office applications.

- Maintain all equipment including all welding equipment and tools to meet specifications including calibration requirements, etc. in good working condition. Maintain sufficient spare parts to respond to immediate needs as required.

- Provide accurate technical reports on machine service work performed.

- Ability to provide support to Manufacturing engineers on machine utilization information.

- Knowledge on basic machine safety operations, machine guarding, and coordinate this with QHSE personnel.
