Our client is a multinational Engineering firm who is currently in charge of the design and construction of 2 major industrial buildings (railway / Rail depots) for a very large scale railway project in Saudi Arabia.



Within this project we are looking for someone to act as a Deputy Design Package Manager for these 2 main depots. Relevant experience for this role would include any design and construction experience on industrial building projects (depots, warehouses, workshops, industrial plants, plants (power plant, gas plant, aviation depots, etc), factories, refineries, etc.



JOB DUTIES:



Assist the Depots Package Manager in all technical aspects and represent the company for the delivery of the Depots Design package.

Advise and lead the company's design team regarding technical issues, and mobilize the home based experts when needed.

Present, discuss and agree the Packages design and construction issues with the Joint-Venture and other third parties (Client representatives, various stakeholders etc), and advise correspondingly the home based Design Managers.

Report constantly to the Joint-Venture organization on technical issues and project controls items.

Provide all other duties deemed necessary for the effective delivery of Depots Package Design and assistance to the Consortium, as well as the Consultant and the Client.
