- Dealing proactively with the day to day business inquiries and requests to analyze the BOM and define the right product to offer by supporting the quotation team

- Working Closely with the Sales team to support the customer needs for promoting B-Line products

- Working with Engineering, marketing and product definition teams to successfully launch new B-Line products into the market

- Promoting B-Line products and providing appropriate technical solutions to customers to help solve their design challenges

- Providing technical and Drawings support to customers

- Engaging with customers to help them define new products and uncover opportunities for future product development

- Acting as a technical bridge between the customer and factory to help solve complex technical problems or develop competitive, high-performance working proposals for customers

- Supporting the customer's technical seminars and distributor training sessions
