Role Purpose:



To execute social media day to day tasks through all channels and insure to support any internal or external need to social media by coordination with all departments



Key Accountabilities:



Daily Operations

*

Coordinating with stakeholders across the Company to communicate the right message through social media.

*

Generate and follow up with the (daily-weekly-monthly) reports from agency and any software used.

*

Check-up social channels to insure that monitoring is done as agreed by the agency.

*

Mange and attend some events that related to social media and Zain is sponsor.

*

Be up to date with social media trends.



Creative

*

Come up with ideas and competitions to enhance our channels and make our content deferent but in the same way benefit the overall picture of the company.

*

Deal with third party agency's that can make things can't be done internally (animation videos- video production…)
