As part of our growth strategy, TD Williamson is currently recruiting a Project Coordinator for our office in Abu Dhabi.



Overview



Coordinate pipeline rehabilitation and repair projects to ensure compliance to customer requirements and TDW standards, from first client enquiry until the successful job completion.



Responsibilities



Project analysis and quotation:



• Records all enquiries in the CRM system, conducts project research at conceptual stage and involves himself deeply in commercial and technical discussions up to the point of contract award to TDW,



• Identifies add on sales opportunities as project matures, at either pre or post contract phases,



• Leads proposal efforts and identifies new opportunities within a tender,



• In case of consumables supplies, liaises with the Engineering department to review client specifications and with the Production department to determine delivery times,



• When the job date is confirmed, checks the availability of the equipment and technician with the local operations or with CSG (Centre Services Group) if the scope exceeds the local service center’s scope.



• Establishes quotation in accordance with the technical and commercial needs of both customer and TDW,



• Establishes the technical data sheet for review by the Technical Manager,



• Submits the quotation to representatives and/or customers in timely and efficient manner,



• Provides monthly reports of the regional activity to the Operations Manager;



• Project coordination:



• Handles contract review and gives the final agreement, while minimizing company exposure to risk on project,



• Records the order in the IT system, issues the order file and the order acknowledgment,



• Creates and executes project plans and revises them as appropriate, organizes and reviews deliverables prior to submission to the client,



• Coordinates day-to-day operational aspects and scope of the project in close coordination with the other teams within the BU to ensure agreed deadlines are met,



• Works closely with the Technical Manager and the Application Engineers to ensure that all information is provided, correct equipment is ready in time and the Technician is mobilized/ demobilized in time,



• Informs technicians on all job requirements/information (scope, travels, site location, organization),



• Ensures shipping instructions are correct and provided to the Traffic Assistant,



• Advises the client of all changes and effects on agreed schedule ahead of time,



• Provides project costs/margin, progress reports/analysis as required in liaison with the Cost Controller,



• Monitors receivables and ensures timely and accurate invoicing through the CRM system,



• Carries out “corrective action” and “customer satisfaction” studies on completion of each project,



• Ensures project legal aspects are addressed and processed where necessary.
