The IT Manager is responsible for installing and maintaining computer Hardware and networks in addition to providing training and consultation and recommendations about future planning and development of IT resources.



Duties and Responsibilities:



1. Manage information technology and computer systems

2. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and telecommunication networks.

3. Meet with Management to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.

4. Manage IT personnel and contractors to design, develop, implement, operate and administer computer and telecommunications software, networks and information systems.

5. Control the computer systems budgets, expenditures and IT inventory.

6. Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software.

7. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network operating system and other related technology issues.

8. Maintain a list of required repairs and maintenance.

9. Monitor security of all technology.

10. Provide network accounts and passwords as required

11. Input and maintain IP addresses.

12. Advise staff of security breach and/or change in password or security status.

13. Perform other related duties as required during working hours
