Position: Marketing Assistant/ Executive



Experience: 3 to 5 years (Marketing Communication)



Work Location:Sharjah-UAE



Qualification: Any Graduate



Key Skills: Good knowledge inAdobe, AutoCAD & office package



Mandatory: Should be able to read, write & communicate in English & French





Desirable:



Proficient with software applications preferably Microsoft operating systems,

MS Office, Microsoft Outlook and Oracle.

Background of designing software such as: Adobe, AutoCAD. Good knowledge in office package.

Good command of English and French (writing, reading and communicating).

Knowledge of related work laws issued by municipalities and other ministerial bodies.

Valid UAE driving license







Job Descriptions for Marketing Assistant/Executive:



Job Responsibilities:







· Participate in local and international exhibitions after comprehensive studies to achieve the best results of targeting new customers (Indirect Sales).



· Advertise in the local and international media such as: Directories, publications, news paper and website.



· Compiling company literature such as: brochures, technical manual and soft copy after liaising with related technical department. In addition to the distribution of this manual together with comprehensive handy documentation for beneficiaries technical business satisfaction.



· Providing all our area sales and agent representatives with actual product samples to give the other party better understanding of the actual product.



· Documenting products and buildings process through all stages by taking professional site photos which could be used by either company sales team or literature proposes.



· Constantly update company profile and distribute to other parties.



· Provide management with creative ideas and suggestions might lead for new prospects and sales.
