You will be reporting directly to the CEO and responsible for the following:

• Prepare annual audit work programs that take into account inherent risks.

• Supervise the internal audit work and obtain management feedback. Prepare internal audit reports after each audit which summarizes the work done, findings, management comments and recommendations for improvement.

• Submit formal reports to the Audit Committee on the adequacy of the company policies and procedures, the degree of compliance with existing policies and procedures, adequacy of internal controls, the effectiveness of management in utilization of resources and control over operations and remedial action required to overcome operating weaknesses or lapses.

• Establish procedures within the department to follow up on the status of recommendations made on issues identified during the department’s review of company activities.

• Plan and coordinate the review of procedures and processes within the company to enhance internal controls and operational efficiencies and make recommendations to management.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Audit Committee.

• Examine records of departments to ensure proper recording of transactions and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Ensure adequacy and accuracy of financial controls and reports.

• Cooperate with external auditors during audit, coordinate activities and avoid duplication of work.

• Inspect accounting and administration system to determine their efficiency and protective value.

• Analyze data obtained for evidence of deficiencies in controls, duplication of effort, extravagance, fraud, or lack of compliance with laws, government regulations, and management policies and procedures.

• Prepare reports of findings and recommendations for management.

• Review and examine the accounting records and ensures that the accounting treatment is in accordance with International Accounting Standards.

• Any other duties as directed by Audit Committee.

Managerial

• Evaluate the performance of staff under supervision.

• Manage the Recruitment, training, and developing of the department staff
