- Plan and organize the day-to-day functions of the Store (warehouse), and oversee work organized by other members to maintain flawless operation.

- Responsible for the physical quantity of goods received and dispatch by Store.

- Responsible to maintain accurate inventory and provide the same for material planning function.

- Responsible to identify and designate storage area for conforming and non-conforming goods and safe storage as per quality management system.

- Ensures optimum use of the inventory ERP system.

- Maintain items in a proper storage without affecting the condition of stock items and regularly monitor the space utilization and strive to maximize this in order to fit in more stock.

- Manage the staff to complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results and providing necessary training.

- To Produce inbound and outbound status reports, dead stock and old reports and other statistics etc. Keeping stock control system and documents up to date.

- Work in close conjunction with all the internal customers to ensure that their requirements are clearly understood and measures are taken to meet them.
