Reporting to the Senior Resident Engineer and is the person primarily responsible for the provision of the Construction Supervision Services of the QA implementation. Their responsibilities include but not limited to the following: • Preparation and review of Project Management Plan and Project Quality Plan. Ensure that Implementation of the Quality Management System with compliance requirements. • Liaise with Senor Resident Engineer for the Project Quality related Issues. • Conduct Quality Audits, prepare reports and Issue reports. • Raise Non Conformance Reports (NCRS) where Contractor’s QA/QC system fails • Monitoring of the open NCRs for closure with Contractor. • Examine documentation of proposed subcontractors where accreditation is claimed or required by the Specification. • Ensure to the compliance requirements of EGIS Project Procedure Manual • Reviewing the QA/QC plans and Quality Control Procedure prepared by the contractor. • Ensure to Conduct Management Review meeting. • Ensure the implementation Quality Management Systems as per ISO 9001 (2008). • Prepare the Weekly QA Report and submit to KBR. • To co-ordinate with Senior Planning Engineer for the preparation of the monthly QA/QC report. • Conduct monthly quality performance evaluation of the contractor. • Lessons learned Coordinator.
