• Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
• Provide advanced administrative support to operations executives
• Coordinate, produce, organize and disseminate a variety of reports
• Organize and coordinate assigned projects and manage deadlines
• Also be responsible of managing office resources including people, equipment and vehicles, as well as, ensure full compliance with company management programs for safety, radiation safety and quality.
• Take action to expedite inbound shipments to meet customer demands specified in purchase orders.
• Communicate with team members and corporate executives regularly.
• Work closely with sales representatives, financial services team, and resolutions department.
• Take initiative to find ways to contribute to productivity of assigned managers and overall smooth operation of operations group
• Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
• Raise relevant paperwork and maintain up to date information on the department’s computer system
• Recommend process of improvements so that the front end operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Work with internal staff to ensure a professional and efficient delivery of the Service.
• Respond to questions, resolve problems, and provide technical and other assistance to staff completing assigned work.
• Maintain office files and filing system.
• Performs other responsibilities upon request, as needed.
