-Assisting the Marketing Manager, in developing strategic marketing objectives, to follow the marketing plan

- Developing plans to manage outlet branding, driving sales through retail promotional campaigns. Build brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing

- Assisting in the daily growth and development of assigned campaigns

-Assisting with efforts of customer acquisition and retention. Conduct lead generation and maintain and develop a client base

- Assisting in developing and executing of plans to undertake advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling and direct marketing campaigns

- Assisting in event management, and awareness campaigns scientific and consumer targeted

- Assisting in developing of marketing ideas, programs and production of materials

- Assisting in market researches, competitors analysis, and customers satisfaction surveys

- Assisting in planning, organizing and executing events, cycle meetings and loyalty programs

- Developing strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Interact and communicate with customers, develop a contact framework for doctors and customers, incorporating use of Direct Communications, SMS, Triggers, e-CRM campaigns

- Assisting in planning, developing and implementing training and development to the corporate staff
