Our client, a diversified group of companies is currently seeking to recruit a Head of Sales

This role has an end to end responsibility for developing and growing the fashions business for Company’s group in the MENA Region.



Responsibilities



Accessories and Fabric Collections Management:

• Managing adaptation of strategy on collections on the local market

• Control of creation and regular update of seasonal collections

• Coordination of interaction of (a) Brand Manager(s) with the sales and marketing department staff on all questions

• Control of Preliminary Matrix creation

• Control of Presentation Matrix creation

• Control of Production Matrix creation

• Developing consolidated business plan for all collections



Sales Management:

• Managing Company’s Fashions Dubai wholesales

• Conducting regular analysis of sales market and competitors

• Monitoring collections sale to the company's clients

• Overseeing execution of sales plans

• Developing potential of the clients

• Monitoring work on the territory, developing the client base

• Creating partnership with clients

• Developing discounts and terms for wholesales

• Carrying out presentations and exhibitions

• Monitoring clients orders and documents circulation in the department

• Overseeing goods shipment and delivery to the client

• Managing receipt of money and return of receivables

• Settling non-standard situations connected with sale of unclaimed goods and force-majeure situations with clients



Key Performance Indicators :

• Quality of presentations and exhibitions, preparation for them and carrying them out

• Execution of sales plan next season

• Execution of seasonal collections sales plan

• Execution of clearance sales plan

• Execution of the plan for collecting receivables

• Effective management of quantity and quality of new clients

• Quality of the system form department’s work introduction

• Customers discount size (%)

• Discipline and Corporate Ethics
