Our client, a multinational Automotive company is seeking to recruit an Events & Sponsoring Manager . This position will reporting directly to the Marketing Director





Mission and main challenges

Planning and conducting events and motor shows in the region, supporting dealers on local events and motor shows with the intention to increase brand awareness and brand image. Developing and implementing sponsoring strategies.



Main Tasks:



Assigned marketing disciplines

• Motor shows and fairs

• Sponsoring

• Event Marketing

• Congresses



Overseeing agencies

• Managing agencies (contracting, briefing, consulting, supervising, evaluating, controlling, pitching)



Major tasks

• Planning and conducting regional motor shows

• Supporting regional dealers’ motor shows

• Planning and implementing regional sponsoring strategies

• Planning and conducting regional conferences, driving events and cooperation.



Interfaces

• Interfacing with dealers and HQ on events marketing and sponsoring

• Interfacing with dealers and HQ on PR activities



Budget

• Controlling and compliance of the assigned budget
