Candidate should be capable of developing design, P&IDs, calculations, datasheets, MTOs, technical specifications, SoW for conventional and non-conventional field instruments such as transmitters, control valves, MOVs, Pressure Safety Valves, Orifices, etc. Must be familiar with relevant vendors. Familiarity with Aramco standards would be a plus. Prepare technical documents for RFQs, Technical Bid evaluation (TBE), Clarifications to vendor queries, Technical discussion with vendors. Technical recommendations for procurement; Review and approve the detailed drawings and sketches provide by contractors to supplement design drawings; Review and approval of supplier drawings (Vendor Prints) relating to packages; Review design documents for constructability / Maintainability; Technical clarification to Request for Information (RFI) raised by construction contractors for all construction related issues.
Should possess substantial knowledge of SP Instrumentation / INTOOLS / SPR.
