• Plans, schedules, assign building’s services; inspects operational work of proper standards.
• Establish operating plan and implement supporting processes
• Establish methods to receive building residence requests and needed services, with Service Level agreement and escalation process.
• Develop facilities policy and process for premises, Janitorial, stationery, security and mail; monitor pantry consumables and ensure that orders are placed and delivered as required
• Oversee processing of related matters such as follow up with internal and external officers, documentation and day-to-day operational activities for THC and its business units
• Responsible for Janitorial Services of the building
• Supervise new equipment’s installations & Expansions
• Rooms and Events Management (Reservations and coordination for events, rooms and halls)
• Allocate tea boy, and porter for each department.
• Allocate office space.
• Inventory and company assets management
• Office Supply
• Landscaping
• Transport, dispose of, or relocate office equipment and furniture.
• Organize meeting and lounge spaces.(catering Services )
• Maintain vendor relationships.
• Storage Management (Non IT equipment)
• Cars administration including license registration renewal, insurance, repair, maintenance, allocation… etc
• Coordinate building invoices payments with Finance Department.
• Supervises services provides (contractors and dub-conytaters) and participates in operational services of the building, including cleaning, and hygiene standards for building facilities e.g. floors, restrooms… etc.
• Supervises and participates in the servicing, cleaning, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems, electrical fixtures, and other equipment.
• Responsible of providing and maintaining kitchen inventory (tea, coffee, sugar, glasses water, sugar, tea, coffee, milk, dates… etc.etc)
• Inspects buildings facilities and equipments. Report and follow-up repair and replacements needs.
• Enforces building and Security safety regulations.
• Supervise and allocate resources for incoming and outgoing mail and its distribution.
• Responsible of Security staff supervision and parking allocations.
• maintains adequate levels of janitorial and maintenance supplies; keeps records and prepares reports.
• Performs related work as required..
