Handle general administrative tasks

Business correspondence, deal with emails, faxes and post

Manage office supplies and kitchen consumables

Screen phone calls, inquiries and requests and handle them when appropriate

Meet and greet visitors

Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare meeting agenda, follow up on attendance and record miunutes of meeting

Conduct relative searches to prepare sufficient information for an assigned task/project

Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with staff and external stakeholders (contractors, suppliers, staff, etc.)
