- Contributes to achieving store targets in line with the shop & brand business plan.
- Ensure staff, stock & store is managed within brand and company guidelines.
- Analyse, monitor sales and stock and recommend to the BDD ways to improve the brand & store performance.
- Participate in the product/buying selection for the stores every season.
- Motivate, train and develop staff to meet the intermediate and long term needs of the store.
- Monitor and maintain close contract with the internal systems (Logistics, Finance and VM, Retail Operations) functions and the external on all aspects of stock management (orders, shipments, transfers and deliveries) and maintain a professional brand image.
- Ensure the health & safety procedures set by the management ar eenforced throughout the store. And to keep the store in a very good working conditions i.e., through high merchandise standards, maintenance, replenishment of stock etc.
- To provide & communicate all customer/merchandise quality feedback to BDD for decision making process and development of the brand.
- Ensure that suitable records of work undertaken in accordance with the company procedure & policies. And also to act as teh company liaison when dealing with suppliers and the customers.
- Conduct regular formal, documented staff performance reviews.
