1) Strategic
Working with the Head of Enterprise:
• To ensure ESAD brand values and identity are protected and communicated effectively internally and externally in an effective and engaging manner.
• To ensure effective tracking of all campaigns and other activities, and analyses ‘return on investment’ to inform future planning.
• To support the implementation of the Audience Development Plan, and monitor all delivery against its targets.
• To manage the creation and development of marketing strategies for print, advertising, CRM applications and Digital/Electronic media, and delegate delivery as required.
• To work closely with the Sales team in developing the use of the CRM system to maximize marketing insight and opportunities.
2) Client Behaviour Analysis:
• Initiate the customer survey process by providing the sales team with approved questionnaire formats.
• Collect and audit the filled in questionnaires from the Sales team to ensure the quality of data.
• Conduct data analysis using bespoke methodologies
• Compile and prepare analysis output in the approved format
• Ensure that the reports are submitted according to the planned schedules
3) Competitor Market research
• Research, analyse and document competitive market news
• Develop and maintain mechanism for continuous updates to track competitors’ activities in terms of market entries, marketing campaigns, major deal wins, development of new products and services, etc
• Create and Consolidate competitor market information
• Conduct SWOT analyses and propose new opportunities that can be tapped by ESAD
a) Prepare and submit Key volum indicator (KVI) report for each sector on a quarterly basis
4) Online/Digital
To manage e-marketing operation for ESAD by:
• Keeping up-to-date of developments in new media technology and methods of delivery.
• Ensuring vibrant, relevant and timely content on ESAD website
