- Facilitates the insurance renewal policies of the group (i.e. medical, life & workmen compensation).
- Initiates the processing of insurance endorsement requests (i.e. addition/deletion) and claims of employees.
- Responsible for local recruitment which includes placing an ad, screening of applications, administers tests, arranging interviews, background check and maintaining all relevant documentation for hiring process.
- Performs administrative tasks such correspondence, settlements, visa application, data/reports and other duties as assigned.
- Assists in the HR initiated activities such as team building, monthly birthday celebration and any other relevant program/s as assigned by the Head of Department.
- Handles the employee’s queries/concerns and resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and be adaptable to various competing demands of employees.
