• Provide quantity take off and estimating support to the proposal managers and project managers

• Provide functional support to multiple projects

• Coordinating multiple estimates simultaneously as well as review responsibility for multiple

estimates or large estimates

• Responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of company standards for estimating systems.

• Establishing and coordinating bidding schedule

• Reviewing project cost reports, pricing and scheduling

• Establishing rate files for labour, equipment and materials

• Assisting and/or leading in proposal preparation, presentation and securing new work

• Reviewing final cost report with project team and develop historical information

• Conducting post-bid review

• Responsible for the management of all aspects of the estimating department
