a) Preparation and follow-up of the offers prepared by Dubai RSA.

b) Receipt and processing of all offers in the scope of Dubai RSA.

c) Order booking within the business and advice of deliveries to Saint-Gobain PAM clients.

d) Monitoring and co-coordinating of deliveries of product to customers and the securing of end clients release notes. Effective deliveries.

e) Manage issuance of TPI reports and certificates to end clients via contractors.

f) Monitoring and amendment of all Letters of Credit.

g) Invoicing

h) Maintaining price lists

i) Communications with customer

j) Communication with Plants

k) Communication with Logistics

l) Commercial Instructions received from Commercial / Country Managers

m) Securing and issuing of NOC’s.

n) Management of delivery complaints.

o) Reporting to country manager on all issues relevant to orders and any market information (competitor’s pricing, job lost, tender information…)
