Managing the design and delivery and continuous improvement of the New Hire Training programs as well as on-going learning opportunities across the organization, in support of the organization’s needs
Facilitating learning related to our technology and total suite of product offerings and information about our clients and the industry
Contacting and scheduling internal and external lecturers and vendors for specialized training
Utilizing a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training program
Directing specific training needs assessments to support the design, development and delivery of improvements to the corporate training programs
Collaborating with existing subject matter experts on current and upcoming products, in order to contribute to the design and maintenance of current and effective training programs
Monitoring and measuring effectiveness of all training utilizing Kirkpatrick’s Levels of Evaluation
Working with key Executives (HR if applicable) in analyzing the performance of the workforce so that additional training can be prescribed and developed
Managing training budget effectively
