RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the Systems Engineering Management • Leadership in developing and delivering compliant system designs• Measurable contribution to an increased Client base in Systems Engineering services.• Development of internal processes and practices in support of Systems Engineering Management across all disciplines.• Assisting Stakeholders, Engineering and Project Management in understanding the Systems Engineering effort so that they can better understand and forecast the scope of their projected activities;• Preparing for and participating in Hazard Analysis workshops, Project Design Reviews, Safety Design Reviews and required Gate Reviews;• Assist in the development of internal practices in support of Rail Integration across all disciplines.
