Job Summary:
Implement and support departmental business solutions to the company’s different functionsRoles and Responsibilities:
Implement and support business applications for estates, asset management, development management and other departments.
Implement and support applications such as FSI, MyStrata, Argus, Estate Master, community portals
Support the business in the implementation and support of relevant ERP modules
Interact with users to conduct needs assessment study, prepare scope of works, and functional specification document for new applications or modifications to the current applications.
Identify and evaluate alternate solutions. Ensure that the design of solutions meet IS system and security requirements.
Support the integration of business solutions with ERP system where necessary
Evaluate and make recommendations for needed training for end-users and IT staff
Provide application support for engineering and other business applications including software installations and upgrades, system configurations, and troubleshooting.
Liaise with application vendors to support, upgrade, and troubleshoot the applications.
Ensures availability of business solutions to the end users.
Maintain comprehensive documentation on all technical and related applications that are used in the organization.
Comply with information technology quality assurance standards.
Develop cost estimates for systems development and upgrades to existing systems.
Prepare training materials and conduct user trainings
Support the definition of Service Level Agreements
Ensure conformance to relevant Service Level AgreementsReporting Lines:

Business capabilities:
4+ years in Information Technology in the Technical Solutions field in a large organization
Strong knowledge of applications such as FSI, MyStrata, Argus, Estate Master, community portals
Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
Experience in real estate or a related industry is preferred
Knowledge of formal project mgmt. methodologies and tools (PMI, Microsoft Project, etc…)Interpersonal skills:
Strong user support skills and experience including the ability to communicate and work effectively in multi-discipline environment
Strong project management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skillsKey Performance Indicators:
Number of projects completed within time and budget
Customer satisfaction rate
Number of unscheduled application outages
Number of processed tasks/issues/problems
