Developing and designing training programs as per business requirements

•Delivering Sales training including training on Customer Care and Telephone skills, Handling Customer Complaints, Service quality standards

•Evaluating training effectiveness and introducing training enhancements

•Maintaining technical competence to ensure the delivery of effective and up to date training interventions

•Enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness

•Evaluating training effectiveness and introducing training enhancements

•Supporting the identification of training needs. Analyzing Training needs to arrive at effective solutions and schedules.
