- Undertakes frequent visits with clients and representatives to generate sales of Material Handling Equipments.

- Maintain a record of clients in Kerridge using CRM.

- Coordinate After-sales service as necessary to build a satisfied customer base.

- Analyse market trends and competitor activities in order to utilize the information to work out an aggressive counter Sales and Marketing strategy.

- Achieve the sales, gross profit and gross margin targets

- Retention of existing customers, discovering and developing new clients

- Making quality sales, distribution of invoices on time and ensuring the collection of receivables is also part of the duties.

- Analyze the sales segmentation.

- Record customer complaints and find solutions for issues.

- Analyze the causes of issues in order to take preventive steps for the future.

- Submit reports on sales and other daily activities.

- Provide support on the warranty issues.
