The purpose of this role is to manage retail operations by managing and running the stores professionally, profitably, with high standards of quality and with focus on maximum utilization of resources, in order to meet the operational and sales targets of the organization.



• Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.

• Creating and maintaining standard operating procedures

• Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.

• Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits.

• Analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning.

• Using information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning .

• Resolving health and safety, legal and security issues.

• Responding to customer complaints and comments.

• Providing feedback on merchandising, pricing and buying

• Manage the store openings, from concept to the actual openings, in order to ensure that the store opening schedules are respected and followed.

• Ensure that stores are fully maintained, in order to meet companies and the brand guidelines.
