Ultimately responsible for growing the sales in the countries in the different channels: Baby Specialists, Pharmacies, Mass Market, E Commerce through the Distributor organisation.

This involves the following main roles

Understand the Channels, Customers and Consumers expectation.

Create and deliver Distributor joint business plans, and Annual Operating plans.

Support the Distributor in setting up Customer Joint Business plans to increase distribution and rate of sales.

Manage the Distributor: relationship, salesforce animation, sales forecasting, compliance to company processes and payment to ensure a smooth relationship.

Ensure excellent in store execution and delivery of brand build model to step change the increase in market share and brand awareness Drive the P &L, sales, margin of the company brand on the market.
