You will be the first point of contact a visitor or caller has when contacting Alshaya. Whether in person or on the phone it is important that you are polite and courteous, understand the nature of the visitor's business, who they need to see and direct them accordingly.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Communication and good customer service skills are essential. Arabic speaking would be an advantage.- Experience in a telephone based role.- Good basic computer skills.- High school education.
