*Develops, monitors updates and submits work schedules to include all project constraints, milestones and activities.
*Prepares and issues, and updates when necessary, the project work breakdown structure.
*Prepares, in conjunction with the design/technical manager, the design program, including all necessary activities and approvals.
*Reviews and approves the Contractor's work programs, reviews and comments on Program Updates.
*Incorporates information from the approved Contractor's work programs into the master program.
*Reviews, analyzes and comments on Contractor's monthly program updates.
*Performs probabilistic Analysis of completion dates and potential alternatives. Presents risk based analysis of most likely completion and expected deviation range.
*Prepares, collates and submits the monthly report, including all chart and statistics.
*Reviews Contractor's forensic schedule analysis submitted as part of extension of time claims (if any)
