Your role will be to manage a food production team with our Central Production Facility whilst achieving set food quality and health & safety standards. You will achieve this by:

- Supporting the team to ensure the maximum utilisation of operational staff and equipment, achieving KPIs and optimal line efficiency



- Encouraging and developog a culture where health & safety is first and foremost with every task carried out, ensuring the safety of those in their control.





Qualifications & Experience:



2-3 years' experience in food production/kitchen



Good English language skills.
